We've started learning about non-fiction text features. Tell about a time when you were reading that a text feature helped you understand what you were reading.
(Example: When I was reading about where green iguanas lived, there was a map that showed me exactly where they lived.)

I was reading a bull dog book and the heading bull dogs of the past really helped
when I was reading green iguans I sall a pickter let me know what the look like.
i'v been reading EARTH and it is mainly all pictures but there is atleased a little box in the corner called a fast fact it helps me know when and what is happening and why.
I'm readidg Nebraska and there is tons of text features.It's really cool and it's basically a giant time line.
I was reading snakes and there was a big paragraph so I read the fast fact and now I know alot about snakes!
I was reading Wild Old Days Of Baseball. It was a good book.It gave a lot of baseball terms.

The non fiction text feature i'm using is more reashearch because when I was reading about tropical storms and hurricanes on the back of the book it told me other books about extreme weather that I could read about.
